ATMA 2019 stands for the AIMS Test for Management Admissions is a national-level, single-window, comprehensive and credible management entrance test conducted for admissions to various postgraduate programmes including MBA, MCA, MCM, PGDBA, PGDM, etc. Administered by the Association of Indian Management Schools, commonly known as AIMS, the entrance exam is comprised of analytical reasoning, verbal and quantitative skills to weigh up the aptitude of the applicants for Higher Management Education. It is organised five times a year – January, February, May, June and August. The ATMA 2019 exam would be held in the second week of January.

 ATMA 2019 Latest Notification: The Association of Indian Management Schools will invite applications for the ATMA 2019 January edition exam towards the end of November 2018. The tentative deadline to submit the online application form is the first week of January 2019. Candidates who will make it to the qualifying list, their ATMA 2019 score can be accepted by about two hundred (200) high ranking institutions across the country.

ATMA Exam 2019 Pattern & Syllabus

Like any other popular MBA entrance exams such as CATMATXAT, etc., ATMA too shares a similar kind of exam pattern. The nature of the test remains the same for all five ATMA exams. The test is computer-based. In this, candidates will have to be proficient in computer and the Internet. The online examination will have 180 questions spread over six important sections. Students can attempt the sections as per their suitability and convenience. The main sections are Analytical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Skills.

ATMA Exam 2019 Eligibility

Nationality –

  • An Indian national is eligible to appear in all the 5 exams of the ATMA test.

Academic Qualification –

  • Must be a graduate with a minimum 50% marks
  • He should have studied from a UGC recognised varsity
  • If a student is appearing in the last year of his Bachelor degree course, he is allowed to take the test.
  • Candidates with a certificate of Chartered Account (CA) can fill in the online application form too.

Age Qualification –

  • AIMS has not set any specific age limit for ATMA 2019.
  • If you meet the requirements mentioned above, you can submit the application form for the ATMA January Session Exam 2019.

Work Experience –

  • You need not have any prior work experience.

ATMA Exam 2019 Application Process

Candidates who have missed taking up the test in 2018 should not lose hope as AIMS will be rolling out the ATMA 2019 applications for the January edition in the last week of November 2018. Once released, candidates need to visit the official website of ATMA, i.e. https://www.atmaaims.com to complete the registration procedure. Follow the steps –

  • Visit the above-mentioned website.
  • Access the ATMA 2019 Application Form.
  • Click on the ‘Register’ button.
  • Enter your name, mobile number, date of birth and email ID.
  • Release the payment using the credit card, debit card and net banking.
  • After the successful payment, you will be sent a Personal Identification Number (PID) on your registered email address.
  • Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Take at least two printouts of the acknowledgement page.
  • Check your mail for an auto-generated mail from AIMS. It will consist of the username and password for login.

ATMA Admit Card 2019

Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms are eligible to download the ATMA 2019 admit card. The hall tickets will tentatively be available in the second week of January 2019. The hall tickets can be downloaded using the PID and Password. Take a printout of the call letter; paste a coloured passport-size photograph in the given space while appearing at the exam venue. Also, carry two more photographs and one original photo identification proof. The test-takers are suggested to obtain the signature of the invigilator on the second page of the hall ticket for future use.

ATMA Result 2019:

After the commencement of the ATMA exam 2019, AIMS will release the ATMA 2019 result. Using the already given login credentials, you can obtain the ATMA 2019 scorecard. For the January session exam, the result will be declared in the third week of the same month. And to obtain the scorecard, you must log on to the official website.

ATMA Scores – What after ATMA 2019 Result

AIMS will not send any hard copy of the result or the scorecard. You must follow the steps mentioned above to obtain the ATMA scorecard. Based on the obtained scores AIMS will shortlist the candidates. The latter will undergo the selection procedure at various institutes of ATMA.
