Maharashtra Engineering Admission 2019: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released on its official website cetcell.mahacet.org the Notification for Admission to First Year in the Four Year B.E./B.Tech. course.
“This notice is being issued for Online Registration and uploading of documents, Documents Verification and Application Form Confirmation at Setu Suvidha Kendra (SETU) by candidates aspiring for admissions to First Year of Four Year duration Full Time Engineering and Technology program (B.E./ B. Tech.) in the Government, Government Aided, University Managed Institutes, University Managed Departments and Unaided private professional educational institutes for the Academic Year 2019-20 in the Maharashtra State”, the Maharashtra CET Cell Admission Notification 2019 said.

How to register on SAAR Portal
- Click here to go to official website: maha2019cap.org.
- Click on Sign Up for New Registration.
- Complete the Registration Process.
- Choose SETU Kendra which is nearest to your location.
- Upload Basic documents.
- Fill Course Specific CAP Form and upload documents as per your preferred course.
- Pay the fees through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card.
- Take appointment and visit SETU Kendra for Document Verification.
“Documents verification and confirmation of Application Form for Admission. By Maharashtra State/All India candidates at designated Setu Suvidha Kendra (SETU) along with print of online filled should be done between June 17 to June 21, 2019 up to 05:00 PM”, the Maharashtra CET Cell said.
Maharashtra Engineering Merit List 2019
- The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) will publish the Maharashtra Engineering 2019 Provisional Merit List on June 22 and Final Merit List on June 25, 2019.
- “Display of the Provisional Merit List for Maharashtra State/All India/J & K Migrant candidates on the website will be done on June 22, 2019”, it said.
- “Submission of grievance, if any, for all type of Candidates at SETU [During this period candidate can submit documents ( if any) for verification at (SETU)] should be done between June 23 to June 24, 2019 up to 05:00 PM”, the Maharashtra CET Cell website said.
- “Display of the Final Merit Lists of Maharashtra State/All India/J & K Migrant candidates on the website will be done on June 25, 2019”, the Maharashtra CET Cell said.
Maharashtra Engineering Admission 2019 CAP Round 1
- Display of Provisional Category wise Seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round I will be on June 25. Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-I through candidate’s Login by the Candidate should be done between June 26 to June 28, 2019, according to the Maharashtra Engineering Admission 2019 Counselling Schedule.
- “Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-I will be on June 30, 2019”, it added.
- Reporting Schedule to the Setu Suvidha Kendra (SETU) as per Allotment of CAP Round I is July 01 to 04, 2019.
Earlier, DTE Maharashtra was taking care of the First Year Admission in Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture and other professional courses. However, for the Academic Year 2019-20, the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has launched a new admission portal maha2019cap.org for SETU Assisted Admission Registration (SAAR).
